What is delivered
What you buy is a licence for the Map Decoder software. Delivery means that the licence is registered to your account and the software is unlocked for you. There is no physical item, no packaging and no carrier involved at any point.
How delivery happens
After your payment is confirmed by the payment provider, an e-mail with a personal account set-up link is sent to the address on the order. Using that link you choose your username and password; the licence is registered to the account you create, and from that moment you can download the Map Decoder client, sign in and start working. The licence term starts on the date the payment is confirmed.
Delivery time
Delivery is normally immediate. In the rare case that it needs to be completed manually, it is done within 24 hours of payment confirmation at the latest. No order takes longer than that; if it does, it is a fault and you should tell us.
Delivery cost
There is no delivery or shipping charge, in Turkey or abroad. The price shown on the pricing page is the whole price of the licence.
Turkey and abroad
Because delivery is electronic, it works the same way wherever you are. There is no customs step, no import charge and no regional restriction on delivery itself.
If delivery does not arrive
First check the spam folder of the e-mail address on the order. If there is still nothing after the periods above, contact us with the e-mail address and approximate time of the order and we will trace it. If we cannot deliver the licence at all, the payment is returned to you in full.
Wrong address on the order
The licence goes to the e-mail address entered on the order. If that address is wrong or cannot receive mail, write to us and we will correct it — nothing is lost, because the licence stays attached to the order either way.
