The seller is a sole proprietorship, so there is no trade registry or MERSIS number.
2. Buyer
The buyer is the person or company whose details are entered on the payment page. The invoice is issued to those details, so please enter them correctly.
3. What you are buying
An annual licence for the Map Decoder software. The licence lets you use the platform described on this site: ECU file analysis, map detection, automatic patch generation, checksum correction and the solution modules included in the plan you choose.
The scope of each plan is published on the pricing page and is part of this form. There is no physical product.
4. Price
The price of each plan is shown on the pricing page, in euro, taxes included. There is no delivery or service charge on top of it.
The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you confirm it.
5. Payment
Payment is taken by PayTR, a licensed payment institution. You are redirected to PayTR's own secure page to pay, and your card details are entered there — they never reach us and we never store them.
6. Delivery
Delivery is electronic. After the payment is confirmed, an account set-up link is sent to the e-mail address on the order; you choose your username and password with it, and the licence is registered to that account. The link is normally sent immediately and at most within 24 hours. The licence term starts on the date the payment is confirmed.
There is no shipping, no carrier and no delivery charge, in Turkey or abroad.
7. Right of withdrawal
For distance contracts there is normally a 14-day right of withdrawal. It does not apply to digital content that is supplied immediately and is not delivered on a physical medium, once supply has begun with your prior consent.
That is why the order page asks you to confirm, separately, that you want the licence supplied straight away and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal at that moment. If you do not give that confirmation, the order is not placed.
Until the licence is activated you can still cancel: write to us and the payment is returned in full.
8. Complaints
Write to us first — most problems are solved faster that way. If you are a consumer in Turkey and we cannot agree, you may apply to the District/Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in your place of residence, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
9. Record of the contract
The order, this form and the distance sales agreement are recorded together with the date of your confirmation and kept by the seller. You can ask for a copy at any time.
