A digital product, delivered immediately
Map Decoder licences are not shipped. After payment is confirmed the licence is issued electronically and the software can be activated straight away. There is no physical item to return.
After activation
Once a licence has been activated, the service has been delivered in full. From that point the licence fee is non-refundable and the right of withdrawal no longer applies, because the digital content has been made available at the customer's own request.
Before you buy
Because activation is final, please make sure the platform fits your workflow first. The supported ECUs, the supported solutions and the functions included in each plan are all published on this site — review them before you order. If something is unclear, ask us first.
No trial version
Map Decoder is not offered as a trial or demo version. The licence you buy is the full product, and it is the same product described on this site. Because there is no trial period, checking the published scope before ordering is the step that replaces it.
Faults and technical problems
This policy does not limit your statutory rights. If the software does not work as described, report it to us and we will investigate and fix the problem — support is part of every licence.
